EVALUATION AND CONSULTATION

  • Free Evaluation which includes Functional Movement, Plyometric, Power, Speed & Agility Testing

  • Collaborate with Athlete, Parents,& Coaches to complete a program tailored to the athletes needs and goals

YOUTH SPORTS PERFORMANCE (10+ YR OLD)

  • 1 Session per Week - $99/month

  • 2 Sessions per Week - $189/month

  • 3 Sessions per Week - $279/month

  • Teams and Private Group Training available upon request

PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

  • $75 per 1 hour session

  • 10 Sessions- $599 - Expires 60 days

  • 20 Sessions - $999 - Expires 90 days
